SDV 100 - College Success Skills (Fall Spring Summer) 1 cr. OR
SDV 101 - Orientation to Education Professions (Check Availability) 1 cr.
CHD 120 - Introduction to Early Childhood Education (Fall Spring) 3 cr.
CHD 165 - Observation & Participation in Early Childhood/Primary Settings (Fall Only) 3 cr. ¹
CHD 205 - Guiding the Behavior of Children (Fall Spring) 3 cr.

Spring Semester

CHD 145 - Teaching Art, Music & Movement to Children (Fall Spring) 3 cr.
EDU 235 - Health, Safety and Nutrition Education (Fall Spring) 3 cr.

Program Total: 16 Credits

¹ This is a practicum course, 60 hours of observation & participation in a childcare center is required. Students may need a background check, fingerprinting and/or TB Screening at the students’ expense.
