Program Description/Purpose: Designed for students who seek full-time employment in management or related occupational fields.

Occupational Outcomes: Upon completion of this degree program, occupational objectives include branch manager, management trainee, small business manager, office manager, or supervisor.

Program Student Learning Outcomes:

  1. Students will understand the economic, social, and political forces, both domestic and international, that affect the business enterprise.
  2. Create and use effective oral, written, and visual business communication skills.
  3. Analyze the legal, ethical, and social implications of business decisions and their impact on various individuals, groups, and societies.
  4. Critically evaluate the alternatives faced with business decision-making to select the most effective and efficient solution.
  5. Students will evaluate organizational structures and the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling in a business setting.

Students who complete this degree will also satisfy the requirements for the General Business  and Supervision  CSCs.

Management Degree Curriculum Requirements:

Student Development (1 cr)


Program Total: 61 Credits
